Beautiful new private development with more then 5000m2 of common areas. Consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments where you've ample space and the possibility to customize and choose your own finishes.
With all the space in the common areas it's easy to: practice outdoor sports, live nature, relax in the sun in the pool, read on your terrace... Always with the Mediterranean on the horizon.
It is a low density residential development located on a hill softly heading towards the sea. The fragmented unit to be built, which consists of a semi-basement garage, two floors and a penthouse, intends to remind with its design the worries and concerns of that group of architects of the second half of the twentieth century (Sáenz de Oiza, Corrales y Molezún, Coderch, among others) who managed to render with respect and dignity the tenets of the Modern Movement to the needs of their works in the Spanish coastline.
The basic components used -rectangular parallelepipeds, partially covered terraced volumes, exterior carpentry consisting of floor to ceiling glass windows, outdoor spaces with native flora, ground floor units with private gardens- organize their hierarchy within an environmental atmosphere where architecture merges and magnifies the natural surroundings.

Manilva lies on the southernwestern edge of Malaga province, next to the border with Cadiz. The town is separated into two areas, the seaside retreat, and the white-washed mountainous village 3 kilometres up from the coast.
The Manilva village itself, borders fascinating vineyards of the Moscatel Grapes, prominent in the making of sweet dessert wines. On the coastal area, Manilva has maintained its small village mentality, and a conservation view on excessive developments.
Malaga is located 97 kilometres away from the village, therefore the airport of Gibraltar is closer. Although the urbanisations of Estepona, Sabinillas, and Puerto Duquesa are all within a few minutes drive.
The town also has a fascinating history springing from the Roman times, even to this day, there are some well-preserved Roman sulphur baths in the area. Although if you want to take advantage of these health-giving waters, you must be prepared to dive into a subterranean cavern and to deal with the smell of sulphur on your swimwear!
In the village there is also a fascinating 17th century church, and at the foothill of the village, there are two pieces of aqueduct remaining. The beaches in Manilva are considered to be some of the best on the Costa del Sol. Despite this they remain somewhat uncrowded during the summer season.
